Our Picks:
Philly 76ers -6 @10/11 vs Miami Heat
These two haven’t played each other yet this year, with 3 matchups coming after the ASB. Philly has been playing well and coming off a heart breaking loss against Boston you would expect them to be dialled in. Miami has really struggled in their last two.
Hornets -6.5 @10/11 vs Pistons
We got two bottom feeders in the east facing off. On one side are the Pistons who are 2-8 in the last ten and are without Bojan, Cade, Duren and Ivey. The Pistons have been pretty bad without Cade but with all these additional injuries we don’t think they’ll be putting up many points.
The home team, the Hornets, are 4-6 but have won four straight. They are without PJ Washington but have been doing well with the core of Lamelo, Rozier and Hayward. Also their rookie center Mark Williams has been great stepping in Plumlee’s previous role on the team.
