Whyte was not out of his depth, but he was soundly beaten by the Gypsy King and he will want to show all his critics that he deserves another shot at Fury or a fight with Oleksandr Usyk.
Jermaine Franklin is unbeaten as a professional and will give Whyte a firm test. The American has won all 21 fights with 14 victories by knockout. Franklin might be undefeated, but he has not really fought anyone of note. I expect Whyte to be too strong and clever for Franklin.
Back Whyte to stop this in round eight and he will then probably call out Fury or Usyk in the ring after the fight. Whether his performance will be good enough to set up another huge fight, only time will tell.
