Seattle Kraken ML @1/1 vs Ducks
Seattle has improved a lot this offseason with the signings of Burakovsky and Bjorkstrand. The 1-2 centre punch of Berniers and Wright, although young can be lethal. Wright plays the game the right so he should not have any trouble. Seattle’s defence is a bit suspect but with a year together the defensive game is definitely more refined. It is also a home game for the Kraken and crowds are usually pumped for another season of hockey.
Anaheim two biggest stars, Zegras and Gibson, are both banged up from pre-season. Zegras is expected to play but an injury early on in the season can have it’s effect. Gibson, the back bone of the team, plays a huge part in increasing the chances to win. With an injury we can see him not trying to go all out to preserve himself for the long 82 game season. The addition of Klingberg is overrated as he is hugely suspect on his own end.
