Home Run

Today’s Top Pick:

Red Sox F5 TT Over 2.5 @-130

This isnot just any baseball game, one that Vegas expects to see the most runs in, and for good reason. Dallas Keuchel is starting for the Rangers and he has been an absolute DISASTER in his starts this year. The guy is a former Cy Young winner but he’s just completely lost it this year. He has already been released by 2 teams this year and we think just one more bad start in Texas will bring that number to 3 and Boston might just be the team to do that.

To give you an idea of just how bad Dallas Keuchel has been, Keuchel has allowed 3+ runs in 10 of his 13 starts including giving up 11 hits and 7 runs in 5.1 innings on Tuesday against the Detroit Tigers.

St. Louis Cardinals F5 -0.5 @-151 vs Chicago Cubs

Cards will be going against Cubs starter Adrian Sampson who the Cards have already crushed this year. He primarily utilizes a 4-seam fastball and sinker without much strikeout potential, these types of pitchers are who the Cards thrive off of. In 2 starts for the Cubs vs Cards this year, Sampson has allowed 7 ER in 8.1 innings with 12 hits allowed.

Cardinals will be starting Jordan Montgomery, who has a 1.76 ERA since being traded to STL. Cardinals are also at home, where they are 42-22. Montgomery also threw a one hittter CG SO at Wrigley recently. Although Montgomery in his last start gave up 5 ER vs the Braves, this is a great opportunity to bounce back.

Other Picks:

Mariners -1 (-115)

Rays -1 (+110)

Athletics/Orioles Under 8 (-110)

Blue Jays/Pirates Under 8.5 (-120)
