The Athletics are having problems to score runs at home field. The Mariners know how to exploit the weakness and score runs. Gilbert records are 10-5 this season and it should be sufficient enough to shut down the Athletics offense. The Mariners strong offense will continue and take another comfortable win.
Los Angeles Angels ML (-150) vs Detroit Tigers
Reid Detmers on the mound and we absolutely love this pick. He has held opponents to 2 Runs or less in his last 6 outings and to add onto that the tigers are 2-8 in their last 10 outings. Mike Trout is also back for the Halos and offensively that is huge. That leaves the Angels first 5 in the starting lineup relatively dangerous at bat so scoring should be a lot easier. Tigers have Tyler Alexander on the mound and his ERA sits at 3.98 which isn’t all too bad but in all of his starts he has only been able to last 7 innings once and he typically last 5. So expect the Angels to start swinging against the Detroit bullpen relatively early. I’ve never been one to do unit bets and I’ve always bet in parlays.
