The National Hockey League is a professional ice hockey league in North America comprising 32 teams, 25 in the United States and 7 in Canada. The Stanley Cup, the oldest professional sports trophy in North America, is awarded annually to the league playoff champion at the end of each season.

Rangers vs Panthers ML 5/6
The Rangers are just not good, or at least not recently, while the Panthers continue to dominate. They have 10 point advantages in pretty much every 5v5 stat. The goaltending is similar and the Panthers have a stronger power play. The Rangers have a great kill, but that’s the only thing going for them. We think the Panthers win this easily.
Blues vs Flyers ML 20/27
We should probably take the 3-way but were just worried that Sandstrom starts. Even if he does we think the Flyers win but just not as convincingly. He hasn’t been bad at all, but the small sample size scares us. Either way, the Flyers are rolling and the Blues continue to be frauds. The only area the Blues have them beat is goaltending and that’s not enough to make up for all their other problems. Easy W for the Flyers.
Golden Knights vs Blue Jackets ML @6/4 – DOG PICK
Interesting line here as Vegas continues to struggle and the Jackets still look solid. They’re better in pretty much all 5v5 stats, as well as having better special teams. The goaltending is clearly an issue, but at 6/4 we don’t even care if Tarasov starts. This should be a win for Columbus, so getting this much value is insane.
Avalanche vs Blackhawks +2.5 @20/27
Maybe this is stupid but we don’t really care. As we’ve said before, for +2.5 to make sense, it has to be one of the best teams versus one of the worst. And yes, the Blackhawks are one of the worst. But the Aves are not one of the best. Clearly they just smoked the Blackhawks a few nights back and the prospect of Soderblom starting is scary, but it’s still a lot to win by 3. Plus, the Blackhawks actually have better special teams numbers than the Aves over the past 15 games.
