Strickland to win @4/5
We don’t even think we’ve seen the full potential of Strickland. He loves to box… but we believe his ground game is really good, even though we rarely get to see it. If he starts mixing in his ground game with his stand up, that would make him a lot more dangerous. He also never empties his gas tank. He goes 5 rounds and barely looks winded. Imagine if he actually went full out and emptied his gas tank in the last 2 rounds.

Keeping this simple, at these odds, The Russians have been bankrupting UFC bettors ever since the UFC has been in existence and we don’t see that changing here.
Malott via Sub @3/1
Mallott, at home, is one of the few people who could likely sub Neil Magny.
Woodson to win @17/10
Jourdain is an exciting fighter with good pace, good chin, and he is fighting on home soil. However, Woodson is huge. He will have a 9” reach advantage and a 5” height advantage. Woodson has a professional boxing background so he knows how to use range. Woodson also has an 83% TDD rate and 80% TD accuracy. We see Woodson’s length, range and point fighting frustrating Jourdain into making mistakes and Woodson taking advantage with timely take downs. Woodson win via decision.

Katona is the definition of a gritty, find a way to win fighter, and we think he wins a tough one in front of the home crowd. If this fight plays out on the feet Katona could be in for a long night.
