The Bahrain Grand Prix, officially known as the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix for sponsorship reasons, is a Formula One motor racing event in Bahrain. The first race took place at the Bahrain International Circuit on 4 April 2004.
The first 2 races of 2024 will be on Saturdays due to Ramadan the Islamic holy month, starting on Sunday March 10 this year. Saudi Arabia’s second round was scheduled for that weekend and has been moved forward by a day as a result.
