Our Picks:
Lakers -10.0 @10/11 vs Trail Blazers
The Trail Blazers could be shorthanded again with Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson both listed as questionable, while the Lakers have Anthony Davis and LeBron James listed as questionable once again. The Trail Blazers were in terrible form before they snapped out of it with a win over the new-look Pacers, while the Lakers were starting to build some momentum before suffering an ugly loss to the slumping Nets. This is definitely a game where you want to check the lineups before tipoff, but assuming that James and Davis play, we will be sticking with the Lakers to bounce back and get the much-needed bounce back win at home.
Rockets vs Celtics -10.5 @10/11
The Celtics were on fire before they fell painfully short to the Nuggets for their first home loss of the season, while the Rockets were really struggling before they snapped out of it with a much-needed win over the Jazz last night. Be sure to check the lineups before tipoff, but as it stands, were more comfortable taking a shorthanded Celtics team over a struggling Rockets team playing on zero days’ rest after an overtime game.
Suns ML @1/2 vs Pacers
Pacers could be shorthanded for this one as Andrew Nembhard and Tyrese Haliburton are both listed as questionable, while the Suns are still missing Bol Bol and Damion Lee. The Pacers look like a stronger team with Pascal Siakam in the lineup, but it’s going to take some time to learn to gel as a team.
