Our Picks:
Nuggets ML @4/7 vs Pelicans.
The Nuggets are a class above, Pelicans are missing CJ, were just blown out by the Mavericks (they returned the favor the next game) my point being the Nuggets are finding rhythm, and have the best players, simple.
Suns -5 @20/23 vs Jazz
Suns come into this one with both KD and Booker while the Jazz are missing Kessler. The Jazz have struggled so far this season against any competent team and the KD and Booker alone make the Suns competitive. They already beat the Jazz by 22 once this season although that was a home game. Booker didn’t play in that game though, so we think he benefits the Suns more than it being an away game harms them.
LA Clippers -5.5 @10/11 vs HOU Rockets
This might be an unholy pick, Also this is a very interesting spot for the red-hot Rockets. This will be their first road game since October 27th. The Clippers’ superstars will figure it out sooner rather than later. On a six game losing skid currently. The Clippers have only covered once during their awful run, but they are 6-3 ATS in the last nine outings at home and 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings with Houston. Trust us on this one. Clippers get it done.
Kings -7.0 @20/23 vs Spurs
Kings have been hot since Fox returned on Monday, steamrolling the Cavs on Monday and Lakers on Wednesday. Kings did have a rocky start to the season as they made some roster changes during the offseason that resulted in a few roll player changes (including acquiring the Euro League MVP Vezenkov), and Trey Lyles has been out all year and Fox missed multiple games. Now that Fox is back they’re rolling just in time for the tournament game tomorrow. This is a team that has not got the respect it deserves and you can be sure they will play their hardest tomorrow as they have aspirations to win.
Milwaukee Bucks at Charlotte Hornets, Over 235.5 @10/11
These two teams have gone over in 14 of 21 games. They rank 7th and 11th in offensive efficiency but 24th and last in defensive efficiency. They also like to play fast, ranking 9th and 10th in pace. The Bucks have a favorable matchup behind the arc but Charlotte has a big advantage on the offensive glass.
