Our Picks:
Hawks +2.0 @20/21
This will be a shootout but we’ve seen every Hawks game this season, they’re starting to click. Trae/DJ are a mismatch for the MIN backcourt. If the 3’s start falling it’s over. Yes the Wolves outsize them, but if they push the ball the Hawks have the advantage, especially after damn near the whole lineup going double digits yesterday.
Pistons +6 @10/11
Jalen Duren is an all star. Watch him play. Pistons also outsize OKC too, they have a big front court. If they don’t turn the ball over this might be an upset, especially after letting Denver work them.
Pacers -3 @20/23
Bulls are awful. They run AAU offense. Vucevic is not impacting games. Coby White is out there for cardio. Bulls have zero bench vs a deep Pacers team that are more athletic and outsize them.
Pelicans ML @20/31
Pelicans are tough at home especially with the warriors barely beating Houston last night due to a 9-0 curry run at the end. Zion will bully them around, Ingram and Herbert Jones are matchup problems. McCollum has been playing well too.
Nuggets ML @10/37
We can’t see the Jazz upsetting Denver at home, where the Nuggets are tough. They come off a game where they steamrolled the undefeated Thunder and they should do the same to an inconsistent Jazz team. Denver is too physical and have not lost a step since last year. The spread will probably hit too for DEN.
Dallas ML @1/1
Even if Kyrie doesn’t play we’ll still take Dallas. Memphis hasn’t given me any reason to believe they are a good team without Ja. They struggle to score and aren’t playing well defensively. Luka > anyone on the Memphis roster.
