Stanley Cup Tips
The NHL action comes thick and fast throughout the regular season with each team playing 82 games, totalling 1,271 total regular-season games. We at Degen bring the best picks from the almost daily action, until now where we find out who takes the Stanley Cup.
There are only two teams left standing in the 2023 NHL Playoffs: The Florida Panthers and the Vegas Golden Knights. No matter how the Stanley Cup Final matchup turns out, it’ll be a historic moment for the winner, as it will be both the Panthers’ and the Golden Knights’ first ever championship. So which hockey team will get to carve their name into dear old Lord Stanley’s Cup?
VGK 1-0 Panthers – Current Series Score
Our Picks:
Golden Knights vs Panthers. 1am GMT
Knights ML @5/7
Over 5.5 @4/5
The Match
As we showed in our game 1 picks the over hit and were keeping it simple today and rolling with the same. We do believe the Panthers win at some point in this series but not today.
Player Prop:
Jonathan Marchessault to record a point @4/5
First and foremost.. Marchy has been saying all the right things, he says the matchup and revenge angle aren’t a big deal. He’s locked in. But you bet your bottom dollar it’s a big deal. Marchy remembers the Panthers error. And Marchy scores at will in the 22-23 playoffs.
We could talk about how Stanley Cup Final game 1’s have been high scoring since 2016, including the 2018 game 1, the Knights scored 6 and Marchy got an assist. We could talk about the uncommon scoring share that Marchy has. The neck and neck battle with superstar Jack Eichel for team playoff points lead. The 5-game point streak. The chance for last change at home missing the Florida shut down lines. The fact that its 4-0 betting Marchy points here.. but we’ll keep it light. This is about the man. The man who broke out a cat but was cast aside as a stray. Only to ride on as a Knight. And tomorrow folks.. this Knight will ride.
