Feel like this line is priced a little too high for multiple reasons
Milwaukee is coming off a b2b where Giannis scored 38 with a triple-double and Jrue scored a career-high 51 points, with the postseason coming and the Bucks guaranteeing a playoff spot we could see both players taking it easier tomorrow. (Middleton is still uncertain to play as well) Boston and Milwaukee both play pretty solid defense with Boston only allowing 112 ppg and Milwaukee 112.44 ppg. Overall we don’t think either team will have too much motivation especially after watching Boston get embarrassed by Washington a couple of days back.
New Orleans Pelicans vs Denver Nuggets, Player Prop – Herbert Jones over 1.5 steals – @4/6
Kind of slim pickings today with the small slate so taking a shot in a category that we’ve only played once, Jarred Vanderbilt over 0.5 steals early in the season, was our quickest cover ever as he got a steal in the first minute of the game.
Jones has only covered this number 2 out of the last 6 games. We like the matchup though, the Nuggets are amongst the top teams in opponent steals. In 2 games against the Nuggets this year, Jones had 5 and 3 steals. Last year against Denver he went over this 3 out of 4 with totals of 5, 3 and 2.
