The Senators will be visiting the Canucks for their second match of the season, with the Senators winning the first 6-4. The Senators continue to be involved in games with a lot of scoring on both ends, hitting O6.5 in 8 of their last 10. Vancouver has not been quite as active on the over since Demko came back, hitting O6.5 in 5 of their last 10 games but we think that the Senators will be able to get past Demko with their offense that is averaging 4 goals per game in their last 10 games. The Senators will still be without their starting goaltender and are expected to start Sogaard, a relatively inexperienced goaltender in the NHL, who has struggled in his most recent games against Seattle allowing 4 goals on 33 shots and against Chicago allowing 5 goals on 21 shots. With Sogaard in, and the Canucks ability to score, We think this one could be pretty tight with the Senators fighting to outpace Vancouver.
Boston Bruins -1.5 @20/29 vs Red Wings
Boston is chasing history. Detroit will not make playoffs. Bruins coming off of a rare loss to McDavid and Edmonton. Wings have not been playing great hockey, and we think Boston can handle the Red Wings in this one. May need an empty net goal, but Bruins should take this W, were betting they can do it by 2 goals or more.
