Our Picks:
Spurs +5.5 @10/11 vs Hornets.
Both of these teams are struggling. The Hornets could definitely win this, but we don’t think their offense is good enough to pull away decisively. The Hornets also struggle against defending Small Forwards and with the Spurs down two starting players, we expect Keldon Johnson to take a lot of shots.
Knicks ML @29/20 vs Hawks
Jalen Brunson has been on fire lately, averaging 32 ppg on 56% shooting over his last 10 games. We don’t expect the Hawks to slow him down much considering that they just gave up 140+ points to the Hornets a few days ago. The Hawks are the home team, but the Knicks actually fare pretty well on the road with a record of 16-12. The Knicks have won 4 of their last 5 while the Hawks are 2-3 with their wins coming against a tanking Spurs team and the Suns without Booker.
Pistons +9.5 @10/11 vs Celtics.
The Pistons aren’t very good, but they’re capable of fighting hard and keeping things tight. They were 11 point underdogs against the Raptors a few days ago and only lost by 1. The Celtics are banged up and coming off a gruelling OT game the day before against the Bucks. While we believe the Celtics will win this game, were not sure they have enough in them to do it by 10+ points.
Chicago Bulls vs Indiana Pacers – Over 231.0 Points @10/11
Bulls meet Indiana Pacers for an ECF matchup. Bulls are not playing to their level this season having a record of 26-31. They have scored under 100 points in their last 4 games. Indiana on the other hand have only won one of their last 10 games. They have allowed over 113.5 points in their last 3 home games. We think Bulls should break their low scoring streak here.
