NBA Season 2022/23

The NBA Games will come thick and fast so check back daily for our predictions.
Our Picks:
Atlanta Hawks +2.5 @10/11 vs Dallas Mavericks
The Hawks seemingly finding their groove with their 3 game win streak the Mavericks are struggling to find their groove this month mostly due to injuries. While Mavericks is a good home team 16-6 this season against a below average road team with the Hawks recording 10-13 on road games, the Mavericks are quite bad after a 2 days rest winning only 4 out of 9 with 3 of those wins are decided on a single possession. So taking the +4 spread on Hawks here is quite a good bet.
Los Angeles Lakers vs Sacramento Kings ML @10/13
To me there’s a 99% chance that Lebron sits this one out. He’s had 3 games in 5 days. A 2OT loss to Dallas, another close loss to Dallas and finally a B2B win vs Houston that still required a monster performance from the King. If he doesn’t sit this one out, we’d be very surprised. He’s already missed 10 games this season. He’s either resting during a B2B, before or after a B2B. So today’s a rest day and we want to take this early before the odds are no value anymore.
Lebron or not the Kings are the better team. They’re 4th in the West, they won 4 in a row and their last defeat was.. At home to the Lakers. Time for revenge. Kings are healthy, well rested and the best team in the West on the road. Unless LeBron decides to play and drops 60 on the Kings, were absolutely confident enough to drop decent money on this.
Timberwolves vs Nuggets – 10.0 @10/11
Denver has won their last 9/10 games, haven’t lost at home since a 1 pt defeat to Dallas on 6/12 (they have won 14 straight home games since). Denver has played 7 Home Games in Jan, they have won by an average of 19.6 points (9,3,29,13,13,31,12).
Denver is 7-2-1 in their last 10 ATS (currently -8.5) Minnesota is 3-8 ATS as Away Dogs.
Minnesota is 1-4 in their last 5 away games, 2-8 in their last 10. In those losses they have lost by a combined margin of 10, last away loss @ DET by 17 on 1/11.
Charlotte Hornets vs Houston Rockets
Mason Plumlee Over 26.5 Points @8/11
Plumlee has been great at covering lines for a while and we think he is in a great spot tonight even with a higher line. Plumlee has covered 26.5 in 6 of his 8 games this month and in his 2 losses he had 26 and 18. More importantly, this game should be high scoring and that should lead to more production. The Hornets are 5th in the league in pace and the Rockets are 16th. This game should be up tempo and a terrible defensive game. The Rockets rank 28th and the Hornets 27th. Expect a ton of scoring and for Plumlee to grab some big stats tonight.
Other Picks:
Jazz ML @10/37
Pelicans vs Heat – Over 219.0 Points @10/11
Grizzlies ML @1/3 vs Cavaliers
