Who Will Win The 2022 GlitterBall Trophy
Its that time of year where Strictly is just weeks away, and here is the line up.
On Thursday 11th August, singer-songwriter Fleur East became the twelfth celebrity to be announced for the line-up, before Animal Park presenter and wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin was confirmed as the thirteenth later that day.
CBBC star Molly Rainford became the tenth celebrity to be confirmed for Strictly Come Dancing 2022 on Wednesday 10th August 2022, while later that day, football legend Tony Adams MBE was the eleventh contestant to be added to the line-up.
Comedian Ellie Taylor became the ninth celebrity to be confirmed for Strictly Come Dancing 2022 on Tuesday 9th August.
BROS legend and singer-songwriter Matt Goss became the eighth celebrity to be confirmed for the series on Monday 8th August, following on from KISS radio presenter Tyler West early on the same morning.
Former Paralympic champion and broadcaster Ellie Simmonds was the sixth name to be unveiled on Sunday 7th August, appearing on BBC Radio 5 Live to announce her involvement.
The full line-up of contestants taking part this year has now been confirmed, with Countryfile’s Helen Skelton being the 15th and final star taking to the dance floor this year.

The Judges:
Returning to the judging panel once again are Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Head Judge Shirley Ballas. In addition to this tremendous trio, former Strictly professional dancer Anton Du Beke will be taking up residency on the judging panel this year after his successful stint as a judge for the 2021 series.

What would any series of Strictly be without Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly filling our weekends with grace and beauty.
