The Dodgers are underdogs this type of thing does not happen often and the value is just too high for us to avoid. Pepiot isn’t the best pitcher and Woodruff is really good but the Dodgers line up is the best in the world. There is literally not a single break for pitchers in there. We see the Dodgers shifting to be the favorite by the morning. Good luck to all.
Boston Red Sox ML @8/11 vs. Pittsburgh Pirates
We stay on the diamond with the Red Sox. They opened at 4/5 and are already up on the ML against the Pirates today. The Pirates are in the bottom or worst in all major hitting stats in the MLB this year and the Red Sox are coming off a big series win vs the Yankees. Mitch Keller is pitching for the Pirates who isn’t too bad and for the Red Sox Nick Pivetta who’s another average or slightly above average pitcher in the league. We think the Red Sox got a little confidence after a great home series with the Yankees plus a day off to rest before this road trip to Pittsburgh. The Sox win 57% of their games as favorites while the Pirates win only 36% of their games as underdogs and both have a near even home/road record for the situation. Give me the Sox to keep it rolling here at PNC Park.
