The 2 winners of last week’s ATP tournaments going head to head already in the 2nd round. It should be close but we favour Med (the defending champion of this tournament) because of the form he was in last week at Los Cabos and because he has had 3 days rest whereas Kyrgios only had one day off between tournaments and looked quite tired to me today against Baez, also Med is one of the better returners in tennis so if anyone has a chance at getting to Kyrgios’ monster serve, it is him.. Kyrgios leads all time H2H 2-1, his wins being in 2019 while Medvedev beat him at the Australian Open this year in 4 sets.
