Rolling with a +4 handicap for one of the best servers on the circuit on Grass. Otte has been great for the entire tournament beating players like Kecmanovic, Basilashvili and Khachanov and these two last were in 3 set comebacks which is quite unique for a player like Otte. When you’re a controlled server it’s quite rare to win a match if you lose the 1st set because it usually means that you’re not serving that well but in this case he has been showing that he can endure his serve for the rest of the match and pressure his opponent. Khachanov was a monster on the 1st set but he quickly lost his composure after Otte won that 2nd set tiebreak.
Medvedev is on another level and is one of those guys that will never let you win a point for free but he won against Bautista Agut and Goffin which don’t have the 1st serve as their best weapon so they were really punished by the russian on that 2nd serve return. Ivashka on the other hand is more of a serve guy and he managed to at least push the +4 game handicap.
Otte had a minor injury against Khachanov but he was serving like a monster after the medical timeout so I assume that he’s doing well. We just think a +4 handicap at this price really has some value and it should be quite hard for Medvedev to return Otte’s serve because it’s a really flat type of serve with no spin at all which is focused only on the ace.
Hurkacz vs Kyrgios 3pm GMT

Were hoping that Kyrgios wins this Halle tournament. His honestly a monster on Grass and we all know that if he was 100% focused on Tennis he would be top notch with the amount of talent that he has. On this tournament I think his mindset is at the right place after being able to turn that match around against Tsitsipas when he was smashing rackets on the 1st set…
These two players are bot servers but for me Kyrgios is much more consistent at hitting 1st serves specially in pressure points. Hurkacz had solid wins against Cressy, Humbert and Felix but I saw him really close to losing all those matches but his opponents were just not able to close set points and we don’t see that happening for Kyrgios.
